Exactly, this footballing reasons is bollocks and the FA think people must be stupid because most know it was about the Terry/Anton situation.

John Terry is so arrogant and time after time the FA crawl up his arse and he comes out smelling of roses. It would not surprise me to see him get off with what he is accused of, although there was that YouTube video that started these legal proceedings off.

On form Rio was better last season overall and he may not be the same as he was at his peak but still a world class player and look at the United games he played this season.
