There's no moral superiority in ignoring genuine concerns and statistical/psychological fact over and above weaponising bigotry and scare stories really, is there. It's all the same partisan nonsense that ignores anything resembling measured consideration.

Abortion restrictions are abhorrent, as is allowing ill-considered and unquestioning access of male-bodied people to female spaces. The former is, on balance, ultimately a far bigger risk than the latter. That's about all that can reasonably be said.

The pumped up trans-panic warnings of trans predators has not been born out. What I won't do, is treat these people as in anyway genuinely serious or concerned.

How are you quantifying "a far bigger risk?" How much bigger? On what data points?
