I'm terrible for it. One day I'll feel great and I'll see one negative comment, or one weird look, or hear an advert or something in a magazine and straight away I feel awful lol.

i am one of those who does have self confidence i'm the biggest i have ever been now but i love my body am happy in it even with my wobbly bits i just embrace them i dont follow fashion i dont allow media and such to tell me how i should look what size body i should be (i used to be a size 6 so i have been tiny) what i should wear or whatever i am who i am and apart from my failing eyesight which is my only flaw i'm not happy to accept this is me
i have friends who are all trying to diet even though they all look fab in one breathe they say they wish they could have my confidence but they also cant see that they are in fact beautiful just as they are
i have had a lot of crap in my past including a lot of digs at how i look (from a abusive partner who controlled how i looked what i wore etc) so it hasnt come easy for me to be at the point i am now but i couldnt be happier
