I agree. The reason why there are so few members from over 3 years ago on here is that they failed to adapt to the influx of new members and refused to interact with them; so they pretty much exiled themselves from the forum.

A lot of older members tend to use their post count and join date as a way of feeling superior. They are no better - with their self-righteous attitude.

Why is it when a newbie confronts someone with say, 10k posts, they are often thrown the dismissive "who the feck are you?!" response? A prime example I've seen on more than enough occasions.

I have 500 posts and been on here for ages. I think im more "superior" because i have alot more repect and not a bad name, Also i respect my elders unlike some people on here,

I thought it was commonplace that everybody was respectful to eachother, regardless of whether someone joined yesterday or five years ago? That is the polite thing to do, right?

Feck earning or demanding respect. I am respectful to everyone I meet, but whether they are worthy of it or not is another issue altogether.
