Nah BB has a list of music already agreed for PPL that they can broadcast. Its when housemates sing stuff that isnt on the agreed list they have performing rights problems.

Is BB being soft though giving Dane a second chance? Wouldnt it have been more entertaining if they had played music randomly thoughout the night to keep the housemates awake?

Yeah I really wanted Dane to fail again Shasown so they would get this punishment. Just because its evil and would drive them cucoo which would be entertaining, but also live feed would be good, instead of them snoozing already!

Still has to be okayed with the record company, or on a list of music they pay a set rate of money for for public broadcast.

The actual artists on records now get a very small percentage. the bulk of the royalties go to the record company and the publisher.
