How do they get away with this series after series?

They should have cancelled the twist when Gillian said that she wanted to pick Gemma but she wasn't allowed.

Gemma would have been toxic and therefore should not have been allowed to vote. By telling Gillian that she can't chose Gemma as toxic then allowing only the non-toxic to nominate is unfair.

Even if there was a legit illness reason for not picking Gemma...the fact that Gillian wanted to pick her first should make Gemma not eligible to nominate. CBB made a big mistake.
