It comes as another 224,776 vaccine doses were administered on Monday, as the government eyes the 19 July for the next stage of its roadmap - including the removal of the legal requirements for mask wearing.

people are not coming forward for their jabs now as much, and if people in older cohorts did not come forward when it was their turn, then its up to them to protect themselves until the vaccine kicks in
 we can't legislate for everyone in this crisis, 40,000 are awaiting cancer tests for example
