Slim having slept on this thread I in all honesty have to ask, can you really justify using tweets that concern the rape & torture of a child to make a petty point about what signatures are or aren't allowed on TiBB? As you said, there are (genuinely) a boatload of examples of unsavoury tweets from the account in question that you could have chosen and I'm struggling to get my head around using this one. The underlying subject matter is just too dark.

I repeatedly pointed out the dark nature of the claim as you were busy trying to justify the link, so yeah, I'm good thanks for asking. If enough of you report it, it will be removed, so you guys aren't powerless.

I explained the link, I specifically did not justify it. And if it's not about acceptable signatures then it's, somewhat ironically, just a petty dogwhistle.

I don't really care about that in all fairness, dogwhistling can be fun but this is over the line for me. If you're OK with leveraging a case involving the rape, torture and murder of a 10 year old girl to make a point about the unfair treatment of an adult man, I'll leave that to your own internal justification.

I don't think it's a mystery nor that it should be complex to figure out. Since yesterday you've had the face of a child sex offender who raped a 10 year old staring out from the bottom of all of your posts, but it's not to make a point about child protection or even acknowledge it in any way, it's to make a point about twitter bigotry and the slander of an incredibly privileged adult white man. Actually it's worse than that - I think you chose it pointedly because Niamh questioned your last one on the grounds of it being defamatory, so you quickly chose this one in retort. So it's not even about H from steps, it's about you feeling personally wronged.

I have two daughters around the age of the girl who was assaulted by the man in your signature that you're using to "get at folks".

You have no counterpoint. I didn't drag anyone into it, you know why you chose this tweet specifically as a replacement signature as well as I do. And - despite my better judgement - I am outraged, I just kept a better lid on it yesterday. I attempted to raise
