One tip I would give to the op is take most of the money out of your bank account and keep it with you this will takeaway the means to gamble online of csuse if you need money in your account to pay for things you can use a post off free of charge to deposit.

So, so sorry to see you're struggling Kate.

I too struggle with depression and poor MH and at the moment it's horrendous (money worries here too also) but I'm hoping for better days if I just plod on.
