Regardless of who does or doesn't do "enough", the French authorities simply shouldn't be allowing the migrants to attempt the passage. At that moment, the blood goes directly onto their hands.

This is awful.
The UK and France need to work together far better on this.

There's no point the UK going holier than thou on it.
We are stained by our rhetoric on these poor people.
Looked down on by the UK government.
Then they become the victims of crime.

All because they're hoping to TRY to find a better existence.
