Gifted child some rainbow swag I made her overnight and then we went to go get donuts/kolaches for breakfast. I had one single donut and I haven't had one in a good while. I got a chocolate twist also, but honestly I don't have any desire to eat it... have become used to not having it

My appetite has been a lot less recently and it's just now starting to come back.

Just finished cleaning the few carpeted areas in the house, and was very satisfying. Although, I can’t wait until we rip them up and get proper wood flooring.

I had a free day off work today (thanks to storm Amy scuppering my weekend away) so went on a spontaneous day trip to Glastonbury. What a great place - amazing views up Glastonbury tor and you get such a quirky blend of history/folklore/legend/Christianity/paganism/spirituality/other weird beliefs. Beautiful nature and wildlife everywhere as well, whether up the Tor, in the Abbey grounds or in the 'healing gardens'. And lots of cheerful hippies going around barefoot everywhere

It's only an hour's drive from Bristol but had never really occured to me to visit before

Went to the park for an hour, chatted to the gardener for a while and then chatted with a grandmother who's grandchild is close in age to my child.
Played a computer game with my partner.

Been on a conference call since 6am. Nice crisp business-like shirt on the top, jimjam trousers on the bottom... and slippers completing the ensemble. I cut a natty dash...
