Someone will probably stream the live feed illegally on justin.tv. So I'm sure people who don't want to pay will find some way to watch it.

What I am assuming is the sign up will be free.

Such as last year, you could sign up to the site for free to post comments and so forth, so what I think will happen is you will sign up for free, and the first 1,000 to sign up will be emailed by channel 4 to say they were the first 1,000 and they will get a free pass

Other than that, there will have to be an extra sign up for the live streaming, as the signup will have to be "secure" due to the fact it will be handling bank card/credit card details.
