Let's not of course forget that morals are socially constructed, humans made them, meaning that they can be chopped and changed at any given time, interpreted differently by different people and all sorts of other variables.

Now yes...whilst for you and I, the thought of getting involved with our families in such a way is disgusting, if for these two consenting adults it isn't, then that is their choice that they have made as again, two consenting adults. Who is anybody else to judge or tell them that they can't make that choice to do things in private which are the concern of nobody else but their own?

The only problem, as I said earlier, and where it should be illegal...is if they attempt to have children, as that's dangerous towards the child.

No they can not be 'chopped and changed' it takes generations to form a 'culture' and the sociatal norms within it.
Anything outside those norms is seen as deviant behaviour.....Wether moral, ethical or criminal.

And? Defining 'deviance' is extremely difficult, and I don't care what you say, different people interpret different things in different ways. Just because something is seen as 'morally' wrong...that doesn't mean it actually is, because as I've already said, the fact that it's 'morally wrong' has been constructed by society anyway.

It's seen as 'deviant' to walk down the road with no clothes on. But in reality, is there really much of a problem? I don't think so.

Why is everyone so judgmental about incest? Who says that family members can't be attracted to each other? I mean, I personally would never have sex with anyone in my family, but I don't feel the need to criticize other people for such a minor issue. With relation to the story, it's not something I could comprehend, but if two grown people want to be together (irrespective of their biological relationship), and as long as they are not hurting others, and don't have children (as already mentioned), then that's up to them surely? (Yes I am aware there are laws). We (the human race) spend our lives being so judgmental of others. Yes it goes against the grain, and it's something most of us cannot understand, but trying to be open minded about it, if they are doing no harm then what's the problem?
