Let's not of course forget that morals are socially constructed, humans made them, meaning that they can be chopped and changed at any given time, interpreted differently by different people and all sorts of other variables.
Now yes...whilst for you and I, the thought of getting involved with our families in such a way is disgusting, if for these two consenting adults it isn't, then that is their choice that they have made as again, two consenting adults. Who is anybody else to judge or tell them that they can't make that choice to do things in private which are the concern of nobody else but their own?
