#87: Evanescence - Bring me To Life (April 2003)
Released at a time when rock wasn't an overly popular genre for the masses, this managed to win over a fair few fans to the genre for Amy Lee alone. Claiming the #1 spot for 4 weeks (which back then anything over 2 weeks was considered remarkable) this thrust Evanescence into the forefront of female led rock bands for this decade and they managed to garner worldwide success.

#86: Rihanna ft Calvin Harris - We Found Love (September 2011)
This became one of the years biggest dance tunes and as much as you may not like either artist, it really was a great production. The catchy chorus from Rihanna mixed with the handy work of Harris made this song an instant worldwide success that could be heard from pretty much every club, radio, car and iPod.

#85: The Kooks - Ooh La (October 2006)
The 6th single from their debut album gave them another top twenty hit. This catchy little number was often heard blasting around most students' uni dorms that year, and was on of the most played on the jukeboxes in the pubs.

#83: Eminem ft Dido - Stan (December 2000)
Probably his most successful song and most loved overall across the population. This collaboration from Eminem and Dido proved to be a good move for his career and hers. Making #1 in over 15 countries this still stands as his best selling song.

#82: 30 Seconds To Mars - Kings & Queens (October 2009)
This song just sends a burst of power and determination through you when listening to it, and gives you the sense that you can achieve anything. A powerful song taken from their 3rd album 'This Is Was'.

#81: Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc. (May 2005)
How this never did better than the truly awful 'Dare' is beyond me, but hey ho. This song is one of the finest pieces to be delivered from Damon Alburn and also gave the Gorillaz their highest ever peak on the Billboard at #14. The rapper featured is De La Soul.
