I think he watched the show last year and he knew Adam's childish behavior got him far , he probably watched when Joey Essex was on as well .

Thinking Toko is in China ,not realising cheese is in cheesecake and not knowing if we've ever had a female prime minister !!, Mistaking steam for smoke . Seriously what a dunce !!! .

Even when he talks he sounds like an imbecile learning to speak for the first time , his mind is soo slow and his words are slurred and it's like listening to a parrot and a fog horn merged together !!! .
