Scotland could still qualify via Nation's League playoffs via path C. But looking at the teams there, it'll probably be Norway or Serbia that qualifies.

Path D, I think Kosovo has the best shot at advancing/qualifying from there.

Path A has strong powerhouse Iceland, so if i were Romania, Israel i would be hoping to be in path B for a better chance, otherwise against Iceland ur screwed

I'd say the aim there would be to beat Russia and try to draw with Denmark and Belgium.

Apparently because of there being so many hosts + some countries having conflicts/disputes etc. other things this is a very, very likely outcome.
