Ok it's been confirmed the person is Sam by someone on DS - My point was someone has said they actually asked Dexter and he himself said he was referring to Sam, here is the post from Sleepypoodle.

"I've just asked him and he told me that he was referring to Sam who looked down on him and felt that Dexter had something against him from day one and never forgave him due to a misunderstanding between them.

I was going to comment at the time only the server kept crashing, on how awkward it looked when they cut to the two of them just after Gina's eviction, they were both drinking water, and Sam tried the door to the garden but it was locked.

Honestly what an immature yobbish lout Sam is - at least Dexter was graceful in his defeat - I am really embarrassed that Sam won the show and he is supposed to be an inspiration to deaf people "yeah kids when you have an irrational dislike of people just take your hearing aids out and ignore them" great way to get on in the world imo.
