What does that have to do with objectivity? It’s a huge part of my opinions on this whole thing, yes, certainly not all of it. He was in his mid to late 40's when they met and she was in her early 20's. That’s a huge defining factor in any relationship, although I know some people tell themselves that people suddenly pop into full adulthood at 21 (or even 18, for the truly deluded).

I don't think it's fair though to assume just because Depp was older that he automatically had a "dominant influence" , i mean yes it does happen especially with young naive people who haven't had much life experiences . And i understand the whole maturity thing as i myself have questioned some people's motives who get with really old or really young people.

And yes mentally people's brain's don't fully mature until they're 25 (everyone is different though) i would say, and even then they probably wouldn't make the same silly mistakes they made when they turn 40. So yeah some need alot of growing up to do.

But Heard had already had a few relationships and had a history of violence. It's not like she was some Amish virgin girl out of touch with drugs , alcohol , men and sex. She was not innocent and it looks like something was going on with James Franco , whilst she was with Johnny Depp.

Regardless of age people can still be bullied and abused by the other person, anyone can be vulnerable. Depp's age is irrelevant considering they were both adults when they met, he was not some evil predator that chased her . She knew he had addiction problems.

You could argue 'why didn't Depp leave ' as he must have so much life experience at his age that he knew the best thing would be to get out . But he said he didn't want to because his dad did the same thing to his mum , that right there proves there's alot of psychological issues and that he's a broken man.

A lawyer's job is also about having a 1 to 1 with their client and finding out the truth, even if the lawyer goes along with the deceit for them they still need their client to level with them.

If the person has nothing to hide , I'm not sure every lawyer would ' shut it down'. If they believe the case works in their favour then surely they'd fight it ? .

I dont understand why this man(and I say that loosely) is lauded over all over the internet.

This man, who would allow drug taking, who by allowing drug taking has aided in the death and near death of some very young impressionable adults.

A man who was being sued for fraud, before the man suing him mysteriously disappears, never to be seen again, days before he was due to give his testimony against Depp.

A man everyone shouts he is the abused...when we have a video of him smashing up a kitchen, and grabbing a phone out the hands of his alleged abuser. Yet nobody mentions anything about "would an abused person act so tough in front of his abuser" but they instantly jump up to shout it from the rooftops about amber heard.

This man has used and abused all his spoilt, entitled adult life.

Johnny puts on a front to try and hide his pain ,but over the years there was warning signs he was in an abusive relationship .he even told his fans at an even that he was "scared and wanted to leave" , people laughed thinking it was just him being silly. But now people think it was a cry for help . I don't think he knew how to handle Heard at first ,and I think he wanted the relationship to still work until it took a very toxic route.

And he tried to grab her phone because he knew she was filming him, he's not exactly alone there !?.. how many of us would want to be filmed at our worst / whilst having a breakdown. She got pleasure from it .

She'd be scarred not only mentally but physically,and would need surgery. She'd be bleeding and in utter agony.
Yet there's no medical reports and no witnesses. Something that horrific would have put her out of action, there's no way she'd be walking around like nothing happened.
