For the second day in a row, I have ate absolute crap

Steak and chips
Fried rice chips and gravy
2 minirolls
3 packs of salt and vinegar crisps (I actually cant stop eating them..thats ones a craving not greed )

Might go eat some fruit or something before bed..

Actually looking at your list that doesn't even look that much especially since your pregnant.

Its all junk though, and I dont count calories as such but I'd estimate it at like..3000?

I'm allowed 2300 per day though at the min and apparently if I stick to that I shouldnt put anything on except for water and baby.
