Once you go through the application/profile - all that stuff, your profile will be visible for all camps to see. And a camp will (hopefully) get in touch with you and arrange an interview, which will be over the phone or on skype. If they offer you a place then it's up to you if you want to accept it or reject it and wait for a different camp approaching you. The camp I went to was the first to offer me a place and I accepted straight away.
