It’s very odd !


So apparently ….

It was set to PRIVATE when she went in the house as stipulated by Big Brother

Then after she left the house it went PUBLIC then the incredibly offensive tweets surfaced very soon after that .. then the account was switched back to PRIVATE . .. now it has since switched back to PUBLIC but the tweets haven’t been deleted or even edited .

Sorry, but no matter when these Tweets were allegedly posted she needs to take ownership of them. I admit I did not support Trish and didn't like her divisness in the BBH. The way she perpetuated the divide yet was first to scream out her victimhood when called out.

Just sad that we had to lose some good HMs because of Trish's behaviour, like Paul and Dilyn. Just glad she's out now.

No way should she be allowed on the after show tonight, no way!

As a Trish fan, if these tweets are actually real and not been hacked then I will be disappointed.
I won’t make excuses for her age being in her twenties.
That is like saying people over a certain age can say what they wish as they are of the older generation.

That is exactly my stance as well

I’ll be truly saddened as I just saw brave and caring young woman in the house .. fighting other people’s battles at her own expense.

It’s virtually inconceivable that someone who had shown so much common sense and wisdom in the house and in such a pressurised environment can have written those offensive tweets

…yeah absolutely, smudgie…everything you’ve said really….I’m a bit of an OCD person with stuff like social media etc and wanting it to be confirmed and verified, as it were…

…what I don’t know is…whether it means it’s problematic to discuss tweets to the extent they were on DS in general….from any legal aspect/and that’s the ‘problematic’….or it’s stepping outside their own forum rules and that’s the thing…

…I can’t be certain obviously but I think it’s more forum rules that were being broken which was becoming problematic….I’m thinking that in the middle of season and heading for the final, they didn’t want to think about big numbers of members being banned in trying to keep it all on track etc…I just personally need to have social media stuff confirmed absolutely for personal association …

The only person in trouble in that scenario is the fake account, our discussions are merely the result of the crime, so if it is fake, the more we criticize and ridicule the severe the punishment could be to the fake account holder. So it is in your interest to get stuck in if you believe it's a fake account.

The last bad tweet was in 2019, so it's not even that historical and to put it in perspective, even with the older tweets, she was still older when she wrote them than Tom is now, so using some peoples reasoning, is Tom not responsible for his words and actions? - That is ridiculous

To think people were speculating about her having her own talk show to speak about race etc or going on loose women. She has really let herself down.

For someone who thinks of herself as being intellectual etc you would think she would have deleted the account prior to entering the house.

Honestly those ideas were pretty delusional anyway. I doubt any of the housemates are going to be able to use BB to launch a real career in mainstream TV anyway, that's not even really happening for Love Islanders anymore. I agree I don't think she will appear on BBLL or be at the final. AJ and Will should say something at the start though and explain why they have made that decision even if it is a standed ITv are investigating rubbish. I also think the highlights show of the eviction will be over quicker than normal they won't want to give her much airtime after the alleged tweets.

I think when you go on a TV show then you open yourself up to different opinions some are good, some are bad. I think the DS post forum members were attacking one another from what I seen. I guess we won't know for certain until the show tonight, maybe close the post until then? But guess people will still discuss bits in other threads.

Yeah I think DS just didn't want to deal with the moderating challenge, their forum has been much worse than here this series from what I've seen

I think as long as it's being discussed respectfully it's a valid news stories and you probably won't have much luck trying to suppress it. Worth reminding everyone that getting personal with other members is against the rules as are ott hateful comments about housemates
