Does anybody else get to the point where they feel they have to get rid of all of their bad food so they can eat healthy from now on.. but in order to do this you have to eat all of their bad stuff to get it out of the way? I need to get rid of my Ben and Jerry's...

Yes, and sadly the only way is to eat it yourself, sharing with parents/friends is not an option. I learned the hard way.
