Pop beauty Cheryl Cole fears if she signs up for this year’s X Factor her life will *become a circus once again.

He’s told her there’s a multi-million pound offer on the table and he’d love it if she would join him.

But I can reveal Cheryl, 30, is *worried about her life being in the spotlight again because she’s deeply content living a quieter life now.

A source close to the former Girls Aloud star and ex-wife of England footballer Ashley Cole said: “Cheryl has happy memories of The X Factor – she won it twice and loved *mentoring her acts.

“But she didn’t have any time to herself and doesn’t want the media circus around her like before.

“At that time her relationship with Ashley was in tatters and she was *living her life in the limelight every day. This is where her quandary lies.

“She and Simon are friends again and have been in one another’s *company several times since they stopped working together.

“However, Cheryl has never been happier.

“She’s working on her new album and will release
that *later this year, she has plenty of time to spend with family and close friends and she can go to the shop without any hassle.

“The reality is if she gets a new boyfriend, for example, while she’s on The X Factor, it it will *become a much bigger deal than if she isn’t on the show. Right now, she wants a happy balance *between work and life.”

At least you could vote Tulisa acts into the bottom two and be potentially voted out by the judges, unlike most of Cheryl's acts who got rejected every week and still voted through by the judges anyway.
