It's used by some in the gay community but it's really not acceptable lmao, and what gay people think about it is pretty immaterial when it comes to transgender people not approving of it.

There was a huge uproar about its use, and the use of the word "she-male", on RuPaul's Drag Race last year, and if the campest and gayest show on TV can get into trouble for using the slurs, I'm sure arista can too
