Got to go go to enrolment next week to sign up to college, and choice which level BETC to take depending on my grades.

Do you think my parents should come along and see the college? Or would you say it's best to go on your own? Last edited by Will.; 14-08-2015 at 04:39 PM. |

Go by yourself. Gain independence. It's time to cut the umbilical cord. Be a man. Step into the world alone. Form friends on enrolment day. Man up!

You're stepping into the world alone. You will take charge of asking the right questions. not rely on your parents. If something goes wrong, you will rely on yourself, not your parents. It's a great learning step.

I dont see how going to college with your parents is not 'being a man'. ![]() The umbilical cord was cut 16 years ago,

When I enrolled, I went by myself as I was quite an independant teenager, plus my parents always said whatever decision I make was the right decision as it's what I wanted and only you know what's best for you (or some shizzle like that).
