A five-year-old Little Mix fan was left in tears after being unable to see anything at the pop group’s concert due to fans standing in front of her.
Macey Mae Stretton left the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle distraught because she was unable to see the band over the crowds, despite her mother Samantha buying £35 tickets near the front. And she was not the only one disappointed, with other fans taking to the venue’s Facebook page to complain that stewards were ‘making little girls cry’ by not allowing them to stand on their seats. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...view-gets.html

This is why I hate stalls seating at concerts, because people are ****ing idiots and stand up the entire time. And the problem is, it only takes one person and then everyone else is forced to to try and see - it's a domino effect
Just scrap the seating and if you want to sit down get somewhere in the stands (although people stand there too but it's tiered) |

and if Jessie had fallen on her then what would he mum have said? Stewards need to take precautions to protect the small and infirm from danger.

They maybe should have an area of the Concert where only families can sit.

If you are going to take a 5 year old to a concert and sit in the stalls you need to be practically front row even standing on a seat won't help, nobody is going to sit down so your little darling can get a better view..

I hate sitting down at concerts, especially during support acts, I find it bloody rude, I've said in future I'm only going standing so that I can stand up and not get evils.

I dare say a 5 year old would have a tantrum at some point anyway. Thats just crap planning if they want to have a kiddy creche gig they should have that separately to a concert. You would have to be pretty dumb to expect everybody to sit down at a gig just so a 5 year old can see properly.
Sitting down incase a baby cant see is pretty low down on my list of priorities on a night out ![]()

Oh come on, if anyone's gonna be standing up, whipping their hair and doing the entire single ladies routine, it's gonna be you.
