I am celebrating by taking on a load of men who are (yet again, like every year) crying on twitter because there is no international mens day

Though tbh I find the 'X day, X awareness month' and such, pretty pointless.

I also saw a friend earlier on today who was explaining that the reason we have international womans day is 'to make people more aware of women' Because clearly, without IWD noone is aware that women exist.

I didn't realise it was IWD and made a faux pas by commenting on a rape related discussion in another thread. I shall save my further responses for another, none women related day.

Sorry, I misread your post. I was prickly because I posted on works FB page and got loads of abuse too......saying there was no mens day, then when I said there was I got abuse for it not being well publicised, like it was down to me

Every year, men kick off as IWD is so unfair as there is no mens day. When if they were actually bothered about mens day, they could look it up and see that yes, it does exist. They don't actually care though, its just another way to crap on women and pretend that men are discriminated against and women have more rights..or something.
