I do own a set of bathroom scales though, so I could check anytime if I wanted to, it's just not a big deal to me.

I think I was around 13 and half stone last time I weighed myself, I don't reckon I've altered much.

I never do. I try to eat healthy, but I don't deprive myself. Life is too short for that.

I don't usually,if my jeans get a bit tight round the waist,I cut down a bit.We do have some scales,but they are kind of redundant.
