I just did over an hour on my home treadmill save me doing it tomorrow in a rush, managed to do just over three miles. I’ll squeeze in a little dog walk tomorrow around tea time hopefully too before I go to my local for the annual Christmas Pub Quiz.

Bed now ready to be up about 9ish and meet some relatives who are coming down from Liverpool to visit for the first time in years. Excited!

.....I hope with all of my heart that it is a good year for you Sherzy...sometimes we have to take the smaller good things from years/times and store them...make sure that we don’t let them pass unnoticed ...?...and they’ll help us get through the other not so good stuff...a year will always be filled with good and bad and trying hard not to see and feel the good, to be energised by it..?...is so, so important...May your 2020 have many moments of joy to cherish.....

i just sharpened all the knives and sharpened the carving set knife to with in a mm of its life. The TL has given me a long list of tasks to achieve today and things to get so i have to cross them off as the day goes on. I do like a list as it goes. I have also just sorted the dogs and fed my birdies.
