I had a similar problem when I wanted to go to the NIA in Birmingham to something which finished really late. There was no way for me to get home at all, so I had to end up getting a hotel for the night.
Only problem was I thought the event was at O2 arena, so booked a hotel near there. On the day I realised it was actually at the NIA, and the two are 25 miles apart Hotel is your best bet like pinkmichk said. Grab some friends and make a night of it |

I'm more aless the same!
although Plymouth has the Pavilions and has some really good acts playing there, the more well known ones play at bigger venues. The nearest is Bristol... 3 Hours away.

Get a hotel I'd say
Or a B&B ![]() The nearest venue to me is Liverpool when I go to concerts.. which is like an hour away.. so like, I either ask mum nicely or go with a friend and get a lift of them

Hotels can be really cheap, try a Travelodge. Although you should book early, all the hotels anywhere near the venue for TT in Manchester were gone in about 2 seconds. I'm miles away

Yeah I know what it was like, and when I come home I still have this problem a bit. Irregular buses, can't drive, no shops nearby. Has advantages and disadvantages.
Was a major motivator for going to uni lol. |
