I keep my car clean and compartments in door empty for guests and also so I can put in my bottles, etc so I can throw in recycle bin when I get home... it's so wasteful to throw it in with normal trash, much less dump onto a beach... but we do have dumping issues here sometimes with people tossing used furniture into sewer ditches on the side of the road... and then people are surprised when their property floods because they don't keep their neighborhood ditches free & clear of debris.
