This. I was invested in 18 too but not consistently due to the Sam and Ellie Showmance which took up most of the highlights

When will this rubbish about Sam and Ellie end? The first two weeks were Arthur and Sukhvinder, then it was the divide and then Sue and Simone vs House. The last two weeks were about Isabelles journey and the twists and Sam and Ellie werent there in last week. They got about 5 minutes of each highlight, normally at the end

Clearly we must of been watching a different show if you honestly think they only got 5 minutes of Airtime. Their Pathetic Showmance was in the Beginning, Middle and End of the Show.

The Only Reason why they kept Shoving the Showmance down our throats was C5s Embarrassing Attempts to Compete with Love Island which was Thrashing it at the time.

Ellie in the DR all the time was annoying and Ellie & Sam just made me want to turn it off. I was only entertained for like two weeks and couldnt wait for it to be over after that.

Same, Their Pathetic Showmance almost ruined a good series. Ellie Was an Embarrassing mess Desperately looking for a Showmance with any guy.
