I can probably say with confidence that if that was a white kid the police would have his name and address by now..

I've seen inconsistencies with all kinds of criminals from all backgrounds where they sometimes give their names and others get anonymity . I hate hearing when a disgusting crime is committed and it's announced "cannot be named for legal reasons"

That Is BS and all of them should be named and identified
