Erin is brutally unfunny and comes across incredibly self-absorbed. Prattling on endlessly about nothing and pretending she doesn't know what cabbage is, or that 'tapas' is hard to pronounce. She and her boyfriend are just tap dancing for the cameras.

Millie describes herself as some kind of untameable wild-child, but sounds really neurotic in reality. Maybe she's different off the show, but she's probably the most bland of all the women on the show.

Elias is doing a good job of courting the interest of girls he doesn't necessarily want, in order to raise his stock in the eyes of the one he does want. Millie's line about "not waiting too long, or I'll miss my chance" says it all. He and Grant are the best operators in there.
