I dont think the above statement is correct

That will mean by 2023 the budget will be £20bn a year more than it is now once inflation is taken into account.

that is correct Cherie, by the time of the election the NHS will have received the extra money, year on year .... also, are we really saying labour would cut funding to the NHS? If thats what the lady is trying to say, I don't think their strategy will be a vote winner
