I only eat chicken and fish but that's just because I don't like red meat. My mum was a vegetarian when we were growing up and so we never had steak, beef etc so never developed a taste for it. I toy with going full veggie every now and then but CBA cooking twice for me and my son and I wouldn't force him to go veggie - he can make that decision when he is old enough to decide for himself. So for now, we eat chicken and fish with plenty of fresh veggies
