There is actually a low sugar ketchup out there ,you can't avoid sugar entirely .

This definitely makes you more wary and makes you think twice about the food and drinks we consume.

The traffic light calories are supposed to be on all cereals as well , there was a program on telly a few weeks ago about trying to get that recognised .

When people see the colour chart of how much FAT ,SALT & SUGAR there is in the product it makes them more aware as it's literally written out in bold letters and colours .

Usually RED is bad and GREEN comes after then YELLOW is the least .
