Every few months I try doing home workouts and it's been a while now, so I think I should get back to it.
Basically I have a free gym at work and I did try it, but it felt quite intimidating walking around all these people who know what they're doing and are muscle monsters. I gave up on it quite quickly.

omg yep then, but i didn't say anything stupid, i just find it too hot to workout in the summer, i prefer workouts in the winter just to warm up from the cold

I have a cross trainer, I try to do half an hour on it per day, but I only get round to it four or five days a week. But as far as I know it's not recommended to to do it every day anyway, so I'm fine with that.
I also planned to do twenty sit ups, press ups, and squats each day before and after bed. That ... hasn't happened.
