it doesn't really matter tbh, If they can state (as they do very regularly) exactly where the misinformation is, it gives a much more balanced view.

Trump has just lied so often. A lot of the Nato comments he made were factually incorrect, his comment on predicting brexit was factually incorrect. He does this every single day .... its not just the odd white lie

I get that some people have an axe to grind and so come out with fake stuff to discredit him, but this whole scenario should be a big wake up call to all democracies on how easy it is to manipulate peoples thinking these days
