We didn't have live TV at all for years, but just recently went back to Sky because a whole bundle (including TV license) worked out cheaper than what we were paying BT for just Fibre .

TBH I've now remembered why we got rid in the first place; downloading / streaming beats any live TV service hands down .

So mainly my setup is Netflix/Youtube + torrents & PLEX server. Though we do also now have SkyQ. To be fair it'll be good for when Big Brother is airing because "5-on-demand" is ****ing abysmal. Like almost unusable.

PLEX was the discovery of a lifetime really. Not only does it make watching downloads on the TV easy / convenient... but I can also stream to my phone at work . They blocked Netflix on the wireless there, but I can still access my PLEX server. Yussss TV instead of work. PLEX .
