Ugh wish Kat had jumped higher in the High Jump because she's just thrown over 13m in the Shot Put for the first time in a long time and Thiam doesn't look her best.

I smell a disappointing 4th overall sadly.

NIELSEN!!!! 51.21 PB from the outside lane to win the semi final (and that's on tired legs as well, she had to run the preliminary round whereas others got byes)
