If we're talking pure "primary genre" teen drama, the correct answer is One Tree Hill, followed by Gossip Girl, followed by seasons 1-3 of The OC (the final season was trash).

I also have a soft spot for "Awkward" because it's kind of awful . Though if we're being strict that's more of a comedy than a drama.

The 100 hasn't been a teen drama since Season 1 it's pretty firmly post-apoc sci-fi. Buffy likewise had teen drama in the early seasons, but by genre it is NOT a "teen drama".

I liked Season 4 of The OC more than Season 3 tbh. Season 3 featured too many unlikeable new characters that you knew only existed to draw out the plots and were thankfully written out by the end of the season.
