He emotionally led on a woman as 'banter', he flirted with her and then backtracked acting like he done no such thing, he never mentioned his family to his housemates which is really defamatory and disrespectful, he panicked the public would hate him and tried to control Chloe into not saying anything bad about him if she gets evicted playing the banter card again and prior to this the same day bitched about her not doing much around the house and acting like he never liked her in a desperate bid to please the public. If we're talking about the Roxanne/Ben situation, then Jermaine by far.

But if we're taking the Ryan situation into account then sure, Roxanne is worse but then I don't see how that links in with Jermaine.
