The thing is it was amazing for completely different reasons. Like what exactly makes a great episode of Big Brother?
The David’s Dead episode was incredible because it was just so ****ing insane from start to finish. The components that lead up to it all kicking off were things you could just not write leading to the most hilarious and gobsmacking tv ever.
This was a different kettle of fish entirely. It was raw, it was powerful and it was just so awful at the same time. Yes it was satisfying to see Roxanne get her comeuppance as she’s probably one of the most memorable villains the show has ever seen, but the components to get to this point were all deeply unpleasant. I’m not blaming the show for anything, in fact I think it was all handled exceptionally well. The whole point of Big Brother is a warts and all look at human nature and we’ve really had that this series.
