I understood it after Armand explained, but I wasn't sure whether we could pick anyone/just the people playing/people who hadn't been chosen before

Then it was a mixture of people going in the wrong order and editing their posts added to the confusion

1. HoH and Nominees cannot vote but the HOH CAN be voted for.
2. If there is then the two people with the most votes will both vote to evict if they don’t come to a majority then the house will vote
3. The winner is decided by a jury. I will announce when jury starts.
