Well yes you could (and do) still get weirdos in bars, but its a bit different as its a situation you kind of expect to get hit on, and you are generally not alone. The weirdo not leaving you alone thing has been much improved by the 'ask for angela' thing that seemingly all bars near me do.

Haha, a lot of my male friends say that. That when their partners get pregnant, the sex improves massively. A lot of women say their sex drive increases when pregnant too. Unfortunately mine all but disappeared, my husband was not amused
