Oh she was doing stuff. She was itching for a fight all day, randomly shouting things in his direction in the garden, even arguing with herself, just generally throwing bad vibes his way. She then reveled in the fact that he didn't feel comfortable being in the same room as her, after she'd made it so uncomfortable for him.

She's very subtle and sly, so I'm not surprised a lot of people are missing it. But as someone who's been in this situation, trust me she IS doing stuff.
