While the title didn't make me laugh or smile because it's tragic

... I was a bit confused about how someone could die in 2018 because of something they ate in 2016.

Really it should maybe say "Inquest into death of girl, 15, after eating Pret a Manager baguette (2016)". It IS a sort of confusing title
