Lewis F only said this strategy to a few.

So if Lewis F wins the Game Changer, then saves Isaac, it would be a shocker for the rest of the housemates


another option (although less likely) is that Lewis G, overhears of Lewis F strategy. Then Lewis G wins the Game Changer, then saves Isaac (SHOCK) , in order to go head-to-head with his rival.
